The contact owns a 2024 Forest River Wildwood Trailer. The contact stated that excessive heat generated by the oven and there was no venting system around the appliance. The contact stated that during normal operation, the heat buildup caused melting of the backsplash behind the oven and melting and heat damage beneath an adjacent drawer. The contact stated that smoke, overheating, and melting were observed. No fire had occurred; however, the contact expressed concerns that there was a potential fire hazard.
