About RV Recalls and Problems

RV Recalls and Problems republishes public U.S. and Canadian safety records for RV model years, with links to the official notices, so an owner or buyer can see the recall and complaint history for a model in one place.

What this site is

For 49 RV families in 10 makes, model years 2015 to 2026, the site lists NHTSA recall campaigns (including chassis and equipment recalls that apply), NHTSA complaint counts, and related Transport Canada notices. NHTSA records released through September 19, 2026; Transport Canada records through September 19, 2026. The methodology explains how records are matched and the sources page lists every source and licence.

Who runs it

RV Recalls and Problems publishes this site.

The contact email address is set when the site is deployed. Until then, use the error report form on any page.

Independence and limits

This site is not affiliated with NHTSA, Transport Canada or any vehicle or RV manufacturer. It does not give repair, legal or safety advice. The absence of a recall in this dataset does not establish that a vehicle is safe. Check your own vehicle by VIN at nhtsa.gov/recalls.

Corrections policy

If a record on this site is wrong or a match looks incorrect, tell us. Use the error report form on any page (it is on the page you are reporting and sends the page path with your text). Reports go into a corrections queue and a person reviews each one against the official source. When a correction is material, for example a wrong campaign match or a wrong count, the page shows a dated correction note with the ISO date and the long form date. Errors in the official record itself must be reported to NHTSA or Transport Canada.
