I have severe structural issues that are causing rainwater to run into the wall of the RV and has created black mold. The seam from the roof membrane to the gutter was done in properly. It is only a year old. Inside the loadbearing Walls mind you this is a two-story RV with a very heavy upstairs with plywood floors are two by threes cut in half and space 19.5 inches apart without any cross boards in between the headers are three-quarter inch by 2 7/16 inch and the studs that are cutting in half are only three-quarter inch by 2 1/2 inch.
