The contact owns a 2020 Forest River Berkshire RV. The contact stated that when he purchased the RV and parked at his residence, the headlights failed to operate as designed. The RV was taken back to the dealer and he was informed that a switch was installed in the RV that would eliminate the failure. The failure recurred and the RV was taken back to the dealer a second time. The contact was informed that the vehicle was repaired however, after picking up the vehicle the headlights failed to operate while driving the RV.
