This RV was equipped from the factory with an axle on which was a sticker stating that the axle had a "D35 Capacity" of 3500 lbs. The RV also has a sticker stating that the GVWR is 4200 lbs and the "weight of this recreational vehicle trailer as completed at the factory with full propane cylinder(s) and full generator fuel if applicable is 1624 kg OR (3582 Lbs.)" To my understanding, this means that the "curb weight" of the RV exceeds that of the axle capacity. The GVWR of the RV also exceeds that of the axle capacity. The contact owns a 2021 Jayco Jay Flight. The contact stated that while utilizing the RV for recreational purposes, the contact became aware that the propane stove, furnace, and water heater were no longer functioning. No warning lights were illuminated. The RV was taken to an independent mechanic, who diagnosed a failure with the propane regulator. The contact was also made aware that the refrigerator would only run on electricity. The vehicle was not repaired. We recently purchased this camper and in preparation I crawled under it and looked around and what I saw made me cringe. The welding on the frame was the worst welding I've seen in years on a product for sale the main beams that tie the camper front to back were only welded on one side of the beam and there are four sides that could be welded. And upon further inspection found the weld on the main beam in the rear has already started to crack side.mounts for the camper body are only welded half the length of the bracket to the frame. The underbelly material blew off the RV, along with other insulation material, while driving on the Interstate. I was driving under the speed limit and in the far right lane. The material blew across the other lanes of traffic and, luckily, did not cause an accident. The same issue occurred less than a year ago and I had just got the RV back from the repair facility at Camping World in Albuquerque NM. I do have some pictures of both occurrences.

The contact stated that upon delivery of the trailer, the refrigerator would freeze at bottom and defrost at the top.
