TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 FOREST RIVER GEORGETOWN RV. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE ATTEMPTING TO EXIT IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT THE DOOR LATCH WAS INOPERABLE AND THE DOOR WOULD NOT OPEN FROM THE INSIDE OR OUTSIDE OF THE RV, TRAPPING THE OCCUPANTS INSIDE. THE CONTACT USED A SCREW DRIVER TO MANUALLY OPEN THE DOOR. THE CONTACT LATER DISCOVERED THAT THE DOOR LATCH ASSEMBLY WAS FAULTY.
