TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2019 KEYSTONE ALPINE. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING AT AN UNKNOWN SPEED, TWO LEVELING JACKS STARTED DESCENDING FROM THE TRAILER PREVENTING THE TRAILER FROM MOVING. THE CONTACT PULLED OVER TO THE SHOULDER BUT COULD NOT GET THE JACKS TO RETRACT AND STAY IN PLACE. THE TRAILER WAS TOWED TO THE CONTACT'S DESTINATION. THE MANUFACTURER DISPATCHED A MOBILE SERVICE TECHNICIAN WITH REPLACEMENT JACKS BUT THE REMEDY FAILED.
