Driving the 2022 towable RV the wheel and tire came off the RV traveling at 55 mph in a catastrophic failure. The rear Lippert or Dexter Axel and assembly on the drivers side failed at the spindle. The parts are available for review. Other drivers behind the RV and on oncoming traffic had to quickly maneuver to avoid collision with the wheel/tire and other parts flying off the RV. The failed hub and backing parts seem to have no grease and are dry. The RV has had low miles and regular service by the dealer.
