The contact owns a 2018 Ford F-53 Motorhome. The contact stated that when retrieving the vehicle from the independent dealer for regular service, when driving it was observed that the rear window was missing. The contact then called the independent dealer to confirm if the window was there, however, it was not. The contact drove the vehicle back to an independent dealer where they glued the window. Owners of a 2020 Georgetown GT Series 34H5 reported cracks at the welds and at the 90 degree bend in the rear (right when facing) propane tank mounting bracket. This is an ASME tank that I believe can contain 19.5 actual gallons of propane. There were also reports on the Georgetown RV Owners Group on Facebook of cracks in the welds on the front propane bracket. One post reported that an owner of a Georgetown had a tank that one side had dropped completely when driving. TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2019 FOREST RIVER GEORGETOWN. THE DRIVER'S SIDE WINDOW SLID FORWARD WITHOUT WARNING. WHILE EXITING THE RV, THE DOOR LOCKED AUTOMATICALLY. ADDITIONALLY, THE BED FAILED TO RISE TO THE CORRECT HEIGHT. THE CONTACT ALSO STATED THAT MOLDING WAS PEELING. THE RV WAS TAKEN TO MC GEORGE RV LOCATED AT ([address removed] ASHLAND, VA 23005) BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED NOR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 3,415. *DT*JB*DT*JB

THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO MIKE THOMPSON'S RV SUPERSTORES ([phone removed], LOCATED AT [address removed], SANTA FE SPRINGS, CA 90670) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE ANTI-SWAY BARS AND SHOCKS NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE CONTACT WAS ALSO INFORMED THAT THE FAILURES WERE KNOWN ISSUES. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURES. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 1,500. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN.
