I own a 2022 Thor Quantum LC22 motorhome build on a 2022 Ford E350 chassis. The rear dually tires were installed with Dicor brand inner tire valve extenders. These extenders are attached to the outer wheels using a plastic clip. The plastic clip on the driver's side extender broke off, causing the extender device to hang free. As I was driving the vehicle, the device wedged between the tires and cut the sidewalls on both, causing a sudden flat tire. Both tires needed to be replaced. When at the repair shop, the mechanic found the other valve extender on the passenger side was also broken and …
