The rear bathroom window, on the left side (driver’s side), separated and fell off the coach. The incident was not observed in real time but discovered after a stop at an RV park. The window fell off somewhere along a busy Interstate. This is a potential hazardous if not life threatening condition. There is a recall for these windows (NHTSA Campaign Number: 21V529000), but apparently my coach was manufactured before the manufacturer complete day. Blind spot warning is supposed to detect a vehicle at the rear bumper to the front of the motorhome. There are 3 units on each side of my motorhome, rear/middle/front. It detects a vehicle at the front quarter of the motorhome only. I have contacted Entegra for 6 months now with no results. Questioning other owners and many say they do not work properly but pay no attention to them. I use these warning lights and have been in near accidents at least four times already! I am very concerned because if I do get in an accident due to this system not working properly I would be at fault. This …
The contact owns a 2019 Entegra Anthem. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 21E032000 (Fuel System, Diesel). The contact stated that the dealer was made aware of the recall but informed the contact that they were unable to perform recall repairs on motorhomes. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue. The contact had not experienced a failure. Parts distribution disconnect.
The DEF sensor head failed leaving my 45 foot RV stranded on the side of the interstate with my wife and kids inside.
