Notice (English)
Issue:
On certain motorhomes, the vehicle control system software may be defective. The software may allow various components in the motorhome to operate at random and without warning. This could result in sudden movement of the slide-out room(s).
Safety Risk:
If a slide-out room moves suddenly and without warning, it could create a risk of injury.
Corrective Actions:
The company will notify owners by mail and instruct them to take their vehicle to a dealer to update the motorhome's Multiplex system.

Problème :
Sur certaines autocaravanes, le logiciel du système de commande du véhicule pourrait être défectueux et provoquer le fonctionnement aléatoire de différents composants de l'autocaravane sans avertissement. Ceci pourrait entraîner un mouvement soudain des pièces coulissantes.
Risque pour la sécurité :
Une pièce coulissante qui bouge soudainement et sans avertissement pourrait engendrer des risques de blessures.
Mesures correctives :
Le constructeur doit aviser les propriétaires par la poste d'apporter leur véhicule chez un concessionnaire afin de faire effectuer une mise à jour du système Multiplex de l'autocaravane.
