NHTSA Safety Recall# 26V-016/Winnebago recall 201 was completed on my coach before delivery. The replacement part is falling off, as was identified in the NHTSA recall. The dealer has the coach if additional inspection or information is needed. There were no warning lamps or messages prior to the heater failing. The exact time of failure is unknown, but it was noticed on July 10th, 2026. Talked with the dealer and advised to notify NHTSA regarding recurrence of the issue.
The right side of the forward passenger seat back fell off after a screw came out. The second screw still holding the back of the seat upright was very loose. The left side of the seat bracket screws were also loose. The second passenger seat is wobbly, which looks like the screws holding the back might also be loose. Luckily, this occurred while the vehicle was stationary, and no injuries occurred. The second seat is available for inspection. I have photos showing the issue, and the coach is currently at the dealer for inspection of the second seat. No items were investigated by authorities, …
