Notice (English)
Issue:
On certain RV trailers, the shock bolts may not have been tightened properly. As a result, the bolts could break. If this happens, the bolts and washers could separate and fall from the trailer.
Note: This recall only affects certain trailers equipped with Curt touring coil suspensions.
Safety Risk:
Parts that fall from the trailer could create a road hazard for others and increase the risk of a crash.
Corrective Actions:
Forest River will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your RV trailer to a dealership to replace the shock bolts.

Problème :
Sur certaines caravanes, les boulons des amortisseurs pourraient ne pas avoir été serrés correctement. Par conséquent, les boulons pourraient se briser. Si cela se produisait, les boulons et les rondelles pourraient se détacher et tomber de la caravane.
Remarque : Ce rappel concerne seulement certaines caravanes équipées de suspensions à ressorts hélicoïdaux Curt Touring.
Risques pour la sécurité :
Des pièces qui tombent de la caravane pourraient créer un danger pour les autres usagers de la route et augmenter le risque d'accident.
Mesures correctives :
Forest River doit aviser les propriétaires par la poste et leur demander d'amener leur caravane chez un concessionnaire pour remplacer les boulons des amortisseurs.
