Notice (English)
Issue:
On certain travel trailers, the wiring for the shore power cord inlet may not have been properly connected. As a result, the wiring could overheat and melt.
Safety Risk:
Wiring that overheats or melts could create the risk of a fire.
Corrective Actions:
Forest River will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your trailer to a dealer to rewire or replace the shore power cord inlet, as necessary.

Sur certaines caravanes classiques, le câblage pour la prise de courant de stationnement peut ne pas avoir été bien raccordé. Par conséquent, le câblage pourrait surchauffer et fondre.

Un câblage qui surchauffe ou fond pourrait créer un risque d'incendie.
Mesures correctives :
Forest River doit aviser les propriétaires par la poste et leur demander d'amener leur remorque de voyage chez un concessionnaire pour faire remplacer le câble ou la prise de courant de stationnement, au besoin.
