Notice (English)
Issue:
On certain motorhomes equipped with a MORryde trailer hitch, the bolts used to attach the trailer hitch may not be properly tightened. As a result, the hitch could detach from the motorhome while towing a trailer.
Safety Risk:
A trailer and hitch that detaches from the motorhome could cause a loss of control and increase the risk of a crash.
Corrective Actions:
The company will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your motorhome to a dealer to inspect the trailer hitch bolts and ensure they are properly tightened.

Sur certaines autocaravanes munies d'un attelage de remorque MORryde, les boulons utilisés pour fixer l'attelage de remorque pourraient ne pas être serrés adéquatement. En conséquence, l'attelage pourrait se détacher d'une autocaravane qui tire une remorque.
Risque pour la sécurité :
Une remorque et un attelage qui se détachent d'une autocaravane pourraient causer une perte de maîtrise et augmenter les risques d'accident.
Mesures correctives :
Le constructeur doit aviser les propriétaires par la poste d'apporter leur autocaravane chez un concessionnaire pour faire inspecter les boulons d'attelage de remorque et s'assurer qu'ils sont serrés adéquatement.
