Notice (English)
Issue:
On certain motorhomes built on a RAM ProMaster chassis, the engine cooling fan could potentially stall or seize. This could cause the cooling fan circuit to overheat. In some cases, this may cause the Check Engine and/or the Engine Temperature Malfunction Indicator Lights to turn on.
Safety Risk:
A cooling fan circuit that overheats could increase the risk of a fire.
Corrective Actions:
Winnebago will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to an FCA dealer to replace the engine cooling fan module.

Problème :
Sur certaines autocaravanes construites sur un châssis RAM ProMaster, le ventilateur de refroidissement du moteur pourrait caler ou gripper. Cela pourrait faire surchauffer le circuit du ventilateur de refroidissement. Dans certains cas, cela pourrait faire allumer le témoin de vérification du moteur (Check Engine) et/ou le témoin d'anomalie de la température du moteur.
Risque pour la sécurité :
Un circuit de ventilateur de refroidissement qui surchauffe pourrait augmenter les risques d'incendie.
Mesures correctives :
Winnebago doit aviser les propriétaires par la poste et leur demander d'apporter leur vehicle chez un concessionnaire FCA pour faire remplacer le module du ventilateur de refroidissement du moteur.
