Notice (English)
Issue:
On certain motorhomes, an electrical connector may have been incorrectly installed directly on the floor. If the floor gets wet under this connector while the motorhome has power, there could be a risk of a short circuit.
Safety Risk:
A short circuit could increase the risk of fire.
Corrective Actions:
The company will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealer to install a stand-off bracket between the floor and the electrical connector.

Problème :
Sur certaines autocaravanes, un raccord électrique pourrait avoir été mal installé, directement sur le plancher. Si le plancher sous ce raccord devenait mouillé alors que l'autocaravane est branchée, il pourrait y avoir un risque de court-circuit.
Risques pour la sécurité :
Un court-circuit peut accroître les risques d'incendie.
Mesures correctives :
Le constructeur doit aviser les propriétaires par la poste et leur demander d'amener leur véhicule chez un concessionnaire pour faire installer un support isolant entre le plancher et le raccord électrique.
