Issue:
On certain 19 ft. (5.6m) travel trailers, the inverter fuse was installed on the floor below the inverter. If the inverter detaches from the wall, it could contact the inverter fuse and cause a short circuit.
Safety Risk:
A short circuit could create the risk of a fire.
Corrective Actions:
Airstream will notify owners by mail and instruct them to take their vehicle to a dealer to inspect the inverter and inverter fuse. The inverter fuse will be repositioned, as required, and a cover will be installed to protect the fuse bar.

Problème :
Dans certaines caravanes classiques de 19 pieds (5.6m), le fusible d'onduleur a été installé sur le plancher en dessous de l'onduleur. Si l'onduleur se sépare de la paroi, il pourrait entrer en contact avec le fusible d'onduleur et causer un court-circuit.
Risque pour la sécurité :
Un court-circuit pourrait créer un risque d'incendie.
Mesure corrective :
Airstream avisera les propriétaires par la poste. Les propriétaires touchés devront amener leur véhicule chez un concessionnaire afin de faire inspecter l'onduleur et le fusible d'onduleur. Le fusible d'onduleur devra être repositionné, au besoin, et un couvercle sera installé afin de protéger la barre de fusible.
