Notice (English)
On certain travel trailers equipped with a Norcold N306 mini refrigerator, the gas valve test port screw may be loose or missing. If the refrigerator was to be used on “Gas mode” and test port screw is loose or missing, propane gas could leak from the gas valve, which in the presence of an ignition source, could lead to a fire and/or an explosion, increasing the risk of injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will tighten the valve test port screw, or if the screw is missing, install one.

Dans certaines caravanes classiques munies d'un mini-réfrigérateur Norcold N306, la vis de l'orifice d'essai du robinet de gaz pourrait être desserrée ou absente. Si le réfrigérateur est utilisé en mode au gaz et que la vis de l'orifice d'essai est desserrée ou absente, du gaz propane pourrait s'échapper par le robinet de gaz. En présence d'une source d'inflammation, cela pourrait déclencher un feu et/ou une explosion, ce qui augmenterait les risques de blessures ou de dommages matériels (ou les deux). Mesure corrective : Les concessionnaires devront serrer la vis de l'orifice d'essai du robinet de gaz. Si cette vis est absente, ils devront en installer une.
