Notice (English)
On certain motorhomes, the sway bar that is attached to the rear of the chassis may not have the correct torque specifications applied. This could cause the mounting nuts to become loose, and could result in the sway bar detaching, which would create a road hazard and could affect vehicle handling, increasing the risk of a crash causing injury and/or property damage. Correction: Dealers will replace the sway bar attachment U-bolts and fasteners and ensure that the nuts are tightened to specification.

Dans certaines autocaravanes, des spécifications de serrage incorrectes pourraient avoir été appliquées à la barre stabilisatrice qui est fixée à l'arrière du châssis. Par conséquent, les écrous de montage pourraient se desserrer, et la barre stabilisatrice pourrait alors se détacher, ce qui créerait un danger routier, pourrait nuire au comportement du véhicule et augmenterait ainsi les risques d'accident pouvant entraîner des blessures ou des dommages matériels (ou les deux). Mesure corrective : Les concessionnaires devront inspecter les boulons de fixation de la barre stabilisatrice arrière, ainsi que remplacer tout boulon compromis. Ils devront également s'assurer que les écrous sont bien serrés.
